We assess active hormones (Free T3, Free Testosterone, Free Estradiol), advanced cardiovascular markers (Apolipoprotein B, ApoA, LDL particle number), insulin resistance indicators (SHBG, fasting insulin, HbA1c), inflammatory markers, nutrient status, and more. Serum (blood) testing is the gold standard — we do not rely on saliva testing, which has been shown to be markedly inaccurate for monitoring transdermal hormones.
